• Sending newsletters

• Receiving and processing encouragement video requests

• Targeting marketing (e.g. Meta/Facebook pixel)

• Contract (e.g. contact request, encouragement request)

4. Content of the Register

We collect the following information through forms and when you use the site:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• IP address and browser information

• Message content / contact purpose

• Consent and cookie information

• In connection with an encouragement request, additionally: the child's first name and any additional information provided by the requester

Personal data is received directly from the website user through the following channels:

All information is received from the user themself. We do not collect data directly from persons under 18, and if any such data are received, e.g. through forms, we delete them immediately.

We use Framer's essential cookies to ensure our website functions properly and provides a smooth browsing experience.

7. Recipients and Transfers of Data

Personal data is processed on behalf of the controller through the following service providers:

• Meta Platforms (e.g. Facebook pixel, WhatsApp)

• Mailchimp (newsletter, if an email address is left)

• Typeform (forms)

• Salesforce (customer data)

These services may process data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. in the United States).
Data transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), which ensure an appropriate level of data protection.

These services may use technical means (e.g. cookies or log data) to ensure the services function properly.

All of the above-mentioned service providers act as processors of personal data or as a technical service used by the controller.

Personal data is handled with care. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect the data. The service providers we use are committed to complying with applicable data protection legislation and safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose of the register or in accordance with legal requirements.

For example:

• Contact information is deleted no later than within 12 months.

• Data related to an encouragement request are retained for a maximum of 6 months.

• Newsletter data are retained as long as the subscriber has not unsubscribed.
